Apple Overnight Oats

What you will need

Add Oats and Milk into a mason jar

Add the chopped apple

Add maple syrup, yogurt, and cinnamon into the oat mixture

Mix well and store it in the refrigerator overnight.

Top with additional yoghurt and sliced apple if desired.
