Cottage Fries  Recipe

 

They are so easy to make and ready in 30 minutes to serve as a delicious side dish or a snack with your favorite dip.  

Ingredients  you will  need

Salt & pepper

Oil

Potatoes

Herbs

 Slice the potatoes evenly approx. ¼ Inch thick and pat dry with kitchen paper.

 in a large bowl and add the olive oil. With your hand mix the potatoes in the bowl until they are evenly coated with the oil.

  Add the dried herbs, salt, and pepper to the potato slices and mix well 

Lay the potato slices flat on a lightly greased baking sheet and place them in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

   Carefully remove and turn over the potato slices and place them back in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
