Gluten Free Gingerbread 

Perfect for making gluten free gingerbread cut-out cookies and always turns out beautiful for a gluten free gingerbread house.  

Ingredients  you will  need

1.In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together. 2 Then add all the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

3.Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator 4. Remove the dough from the fridge and  roll out the dough until around ¼ inch thick.

5. Press the cookie cutter firmly into the rolled-out dough. 6. Carefully lift each cut-out shape to a lined baking sheet,

5. Place the baking tray in the oven for 12-15 minutes.  6. Leave to cool and then decorate.
