Ice Cream Sandwiches


gluten free ice cream sandwiches recipe.  When the weather is warming up these soft fudge brownie layers filled with cold smooth ice cream are the perfect way to cool down.  

Ingredients  you will  need

 In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients.

 Gently melt the chocolate with water and sugar together over a low/medium heat until the chocolate has melted.

Combine dry and wet mixture.

Divide the brownie batter equally between the two baking tins. Bake for 15 minutes.

Spread the ice cream evenly. Place the second brownie on top, Wrap well and freeze for at least 8 hours.

 Slice into even sized bars and enjoy!
