Gluten free Quiche


Gluten free cheese and onion quiche.   Delicious and perfect to be eaten hot or cold.  Great for those summer meals served with a side salad or slice up for your lunch  

 Fry the sliced onion in a non-stick pan until soft and cooked.

Mix together the milk and eggs in a large bowl.

 Mix in the grated cheese to the egg and milk mixture.

Add the caramelized onions to the milk, egg and cheese mix.

Gentle pour the cheese filling into your prepared pastry base.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until it looks a nice golden brown color.
