Gluten Free Shortbread

This Gluten free Scottish Shortbread recipe is super easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients.   

Ingredients  you will  need

1.Place the sugar and butter in a large bowl. 2 Beat together butter and sugar until fully combined

3. Mix  flour mix with the butter and sugar mixture and knead together. 4. Place the dough into the lined baking pan

5. Pierce each shortbread finger with a fork a few times 6. Place in the oven for 50-60 minutes

 Enjoy with a warm tea or hot chocolate.
