Super Moist Banana Bread

Gluten  free

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. It's so moist and soft with little pockets of chocolate chips    Only requires two ripe bananas, reducing food waste.

Ingredients  you will  need



GF  Flour



Choc Chips

Preheat oven to 175°c/340°F/Gas Mark 4

 Prepare baking tin with greaseproof paper.

 Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

 In a separate bowl mash bananas.

mix together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.

Add in Banana and mix well

Mix wet and dry ingredients together until fully combined

Add chocolate chips to the batter keeping a small handful aside and mix well.

Pour batter into loaf tin and sprinkle chips on top

Place the tin in the oven for  60 minutes

Leave to cool in the tin. Slice once cooled
