Easy Gluten free American style pancakes. A delicious light and fluffy pancake recipe that your family will love. Best served with your favorite breakfast topping or drizzle over your preferred syrup.
2teaspoonsBaking PowderSome brands of baking powder may have ingredients that contain gluten. Always be sure to check the label.
Instructions
In a large bowl mix all dry Ingredients together and set aside.
In a smaller bowl mix milk and eggs together
Combine wet mixture and dry mixture together in the large bowl and stir until combined.
Leave the mixture to rest for at least 15-30 minutes this will result in fluffier pancakes
brush your non stick pan with a little oil or butter and set to a medium heat.
pour in desired amount of pancake mix and cook for 2-3 minutes each side. (I use a small ladle to measure out my pancake mixture)
You will know when the pancakes are ready to be turned as they will form small bubbles on top.
Plate up and enjoy with your favourite topping.

They can be eaten straight from the container or warm up in the toaster or under the grill.FREEZING: The pancakes can be frozen in a freezer-safe container/bag for up to 3 months. Then add toppings once defrosted.
