The perfect recipe for Gluten free American pancakes. They are so fluffy you would never know that the pancakes are gluten free. I love them plain or topped with cream fresh seasonal fruit. Drizzle over your favorite syrup or sauce.
I have made these multiple times until I found the perfect balance between flavor, sweetness, and fluffiness. They are so good and are just like fluffy American style pancakes. If you give them a try you won't be disappointed and I have yet to find a shop-bought gluten free pancake that tastes as good as them.
