📋 Ingredients Notes

- Fresh strawberries - Good quality fresh strawberries are always best for flavor. If you don't have strawberries available, you can also use other berries. See the substitution suggestions below.
- Greek yogurt - Use plain greek yogurt. You can also use vanilla flavored greek yogurt and just omit the additional vanilla in the recipe.
- Honey - this adds sweetness. I you want a sweeter finish, you can add an extra tablespoon of honey, it's really a personal preference. We like it with just 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Vanilla extract - Adds additional flavor.
- Chocolate - You can use your preferred chocolate, such as semisweet/milk or dark chocolate. I used milk chocolate. The chocolate you use will impact the finished flavor of the strawberry yogurt bites. I prefer a sweeter finish. Always check that you are using gluten free chocolate.
- Coconut oil - The addition of coconut oil makes it easier to coat the strawberry clusters as it thins out the chocolate resulting in a smoother, even finish.

- Raspberries or blueberries - this recipe will also work well with raspberries or blueberries if you don't have strawberries available or are looking for other tasty variations.
- Dairy free- Use your preferred dairy free chocolate and yogurt.
- Gluten free - This recipe is naturally gluten free, but always check that the chocolate does not contain gluten.
🥣 Step by Step Instructions
Below is a brief step-by-step process with photos of how to make Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters.
See the recipe card below for more detailed recipe instructions.

Step 1: Wash, pit, and dice the strawberries into small pieces.
Step 2: Place the strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract into a bowl. Mix well until the strawberry pieces are evenly distributed in the yogurt.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a large spoon or ice cream scoop to make the strawberry clusters. I usually make around 12 clusters.
Step 4: Place the baking sheet into the freezer for at least 3 hours to set.
Tip: The larger you dice the strawberry pieces, the fewer clusters you will have. I like to dice my strawberries into small pieces to create more clusters (See image 1).

Step 5: Once the strawberry clusters have set. Place the chocolate and coconut oil into a small bowl and heat in the microwave on short blasts until the chocolate has fully melted. Stir well between intervals.
Step 6: Once the chocolate has melted, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Using a fork to hold the strawberry clusters and a spoon to help turn the clusters, dip each cluster individually into the chocolate until it is evenly coated in chocolate, then return it to the baking sheet. Try to move fast as we don't want the clusters to start melting.
Step 7: Once all the strawberry clusters are covered with chocolate, with a spoon drizzle the remaining chocolate over each cluster for a decorative finish.
Step 8: Place the baking sheet back into the freezer for a further 30 minutes until the chocolate has firmed up. Place in a freezer-safe container and they are ready for when the craving hits!
They can be eaten straight from the freezer. I prefer removing the chocolate-covered yogurt bites from the freezer 5 minutes before I intend to eat.
Tip: Using a fork to hold the cluster while dipping it in the melted chocolate will allow any excess chocolate to run easily back into the bowl before placing the chocolate strawberry cluster back onto the baking sheet.
